Statements and results

Source PDFs upload to private storage under your account using an opaque name. We read the PDF into memory and delete the stored source before extraction. If deletion fails, processing stops. Abandoned uploads are removed by daily cleanup, normally within 48 hours; failures can delay cleanup.

Extracted rows and edits stay in the current browser session. They are not saved in document history or local storage. Download before leaving or reloading. We retain account details, page grants, payment records and job status, timing and cost, but not statement text, account numbers or original filenames in application records or analytics.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the app and private uploads, Neon stores account and billing metadata, Resend delivers sign-in links, and Stripe/Link handles payment. Anthropic processes PDF contents through its API. Its standard policy describes deletion of API inputs and outputs within 30 days, with policy, legal and contractual exceptions. This service does not claim zero provider retention. Cookies and measurement

A session cookie keeps you signed in. A first-party cookie retains only the recognized acquisition source category for 30 days. Local storage remembers dismissed purchase reminders, never statements. We count visits, conversions, reviews, exports and purchases without document contents. Acquisition tracking retains only recognized source categories, not full referring URLs.
