Statement pages

Each verified account receives five trial pages once. A $9 purchase adds 50 pages without expiry; the $19 monthly plan adds 200 pages for that billing period without rollover. Every submitted PDF page counts, including covers. Trial pages are used first, then monthly pages, then purchased pages. Shared credits cannot be exchanged for statement pages. There are no automatic overages.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Link, Stripe's checkout, acts as merchant of record. Tax is added where applicable. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves paid monthly pages until period end. Failed conversions restore their reserved pages, subject to the original grant's expiry. A usable result with warnings remains charged and editable. Payment refunds revoke the corresponding proportion of granted pages; already used pages remain recorded.

Limits and review

English checking/current and savings PDF statements only; one account and currency per file, at most 20 pages and 20 MB, five files per batch. Credit-card and encrypted statements are unsupported. You must review all values before use. Arithmetic agreement is not a guarantee of completeness, authenticity or accounting accuracy. We provide conversion software, not accounting or tax advice.

Session-only results

Download reviewed results before leaving the page. They are not retained for later retrieval. Only submit statements you are authorized to process. The service is provided as is and may pause for maintenance or capacity limits.
